Introduction

The galvanometer welding is fast and has high precision. It can be automatically connected by the line or manually loaded and unloaded when offline. Equipped with a high-precision displacement sensor, the collapse value can be monitored in the welding process in real-time. When the required welding collapse value is reached, it can stop welding immediately, scan the code automatically, save the welding data, and connect with the data of the MES system. Moreover, the equipment is divided into two sides. One side is for rotary double station welding, and the other is for sliding table double-station welding. Different products are produced on both sides, and it is equipped with a visual monitor for easy debugging and observing the welding effect.
