    Introduction

    UW’s rotary double-station sensor welding table for includes a three-dimensional motion module, frame, cover, rotary turntable mechanism, welding fixture, camera CCD positioning system, PC control system, wire loading mechanism, laser welding system, etc. It adopts the form of rotating double stations to achieve manual loading and unloading, and automatic laser welding simultaneously. The fixture is compatible with quick-change clamping, saving product changeover time and effectively improving production efficiency. According to the characteristics of the welding product, the camera CCD positioning system can identify the angular position of the product. The three-dimensional motion module and the fixture rotation structure are automatically corresponding.
